Glacier milk is the fine rock flour that glaciers leave behind when grinding. CORIALITH is its controlled form: dolomite, milled to an average of six micrometres, with a surface area of around 118 m² per gram.
ORIALITH - Swiss dolomite powder with minerals and herbs
Many generations before us, people discovered the mineral-rich water from the streams of the glacier regions for themselves. They figuratively called the water, which was interspersed with the finest rock particles and thus slightly gray in color, "glacier milk".
CORIALITH is the dried form of this glacier milk and we have additionally refined the Swiss dolomite rock powder with herbs and seeds. CORIALITH is a pure, natural and basic primary rock powder made from micronized Swiss dolomite rock, supplemented with seeds and herbs, which is ground to an average particle size of 6 micrometers in a special grinding and mixing process. This gives CORIALITH a surface area of approx. 118 m2/g (for comparison: rock powders usually have a surface area of approx. 6 m2/g).
With a pH value of 8.5, CORIALITH has a basic effect.
Around six micrometres particle size, 118 m² surface area per gram, pH 8.0. We state the numbers, because only through them can you tell how finely a mineral powder has truly been milled.
Stir twice — not once
A powder of this fineness settles as a cloud into the water on the first stir, without being fully wetted. If you drink immediately, there will be residue at the bottom of the glass. Wait a moment, stir a second time — that is the entire difference between «tastes chalky» and «tastes like almost nothing».
Stir in
Stir 2 g daily — approximately 2 measuring spoons — into 200–300 ml of water or tea.
Wait briefly
Leave to stand for a moment so that the fine powder is fully wetted.
Stir again
Stir once more and drink. Ideal in the morning and evening or between meals.
Dolomite and nine plant powders
The mineral is the centrepiece, but it does not stand alone. Nine plant powders from fruit, leaf, blossom and seed are milled in alongside it — together with bamboo fibres and psyllium.

Why do I need to stir twice?

Because of the fineness. With an average particle size of six micrometres, the powder floats when first stirred before it fully combines with the water. The brief pause and the second stir ensure that nothing remains at the bottom of the glass — and that the taste stays mild rather than chalky.
WHAT ARE THE APPLICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT?

We recommend Corialith Drink in the morning after getting up and/or in the evening before going to bed. People who do not find time in the morning and evening can add 2 spoons to a liter bottle of water, shake it up and drink this way throughout the day.
