A scalp out of balance doesn't need less care – it needs the right care.
Salons as well as individual users have documented over the years what has changed for their clients and customers. Here are the numbers – complete, with methodology and with their limitations.
Documented Progress Cases
254
Clients and customers, individually recorded
Businesses
35
Salons and individual users in six countries
With Photo Documentation
177
of 254 cases are photographically documented
Without Prior Treatment
215
of 254 without noted medication
Recorded between 2013 and 2024, evaluated in 2024. Minoxidil was specifically named by 18 and finasteride by 2 participants – so the reported changes cannot be attributed to concurrent pharmaceutical therapy.

Scalp care is a journey, not an event
Most feedback came not in the first weeks, but between the third and sixth month. Those who stay consistent report changes more frequently – that is the clearest finding of this evaluation.
Cumulatively, 242 of the 254 participants (95.3 %) reported by the sixth month at least one change to hair or scalp, by the twelfth month 249 (98.0 %) and by the eighteenth 253 (99.6 %). Each person is counted once, as soon as they have reported something for the first time.
What was reported about hair and scalp
Multiple responses were possible. The number on the right indicates how many of the 254 participants reported the respective change at least once. This is a selection: The questionnaire also recorded observations about hair growth, sometimes mentioned more frequently than those shown here. We do not display them because our products are cosmetic products and we do not make claims about that. They are fully included in the documentation.
When the scalp is causing problems, the first reflex is often to leave it alone. We see it differently: that's precisely when it needs attention.
Our care is cosmetic. It does not replace medical examination or treatment – but it supports you during that time.Three steps that belong together
01
Cleanse and soothe
Gentle cleansing based on fermented herbs, without silicones and without hormones. A calm scalp is the foundation for everything that follows.
02
Nourish
Plant-based active ingredients in daily use. Not a lot at once, but regularly and in small amounts.
03
Stay with it
The most striking finding from the evaluation: between the third and sixth month, most participants reported changes – not in the first few weeks.
The participants
One person was younger than 21, and age information is missing for four people. Participants were supported by 35 salons as well as individual users.
What this evaluation is not
We think it's right to say this just as clearly as the results themselves.
- Not a clinical study. There was no control group, no blinding and no randomisation. The data are self-assessments.
- Not everyone was followed for the same length of time. An entry after six months is available from 136 people, after twelve months from 69, after 18 months from 23. The percentage values nevertheless always refer to all 254 participants – anyone who did not report counts as "no change".
- Data collection by the supporting salons. These also sell the products. This is a possible influence on the data, and we name it.
- These are observations, not diagnoses. The questionnaire recorded changes to hair and scalp as the participants perceived them. Statements about illnesses or their course cannot be derived from this and are not made here either.
- Individually different. What individual participants have reported is not a promise for others.
