How much initial investment is required?
That depends on the size of your market and the pace you plan. We name concrete figures in the first conversation, once we know your market — blanket numbers would not be serious.
Do I have to register the products in my country?
No. YELASAI products are registered across the EU; formulations, safety reports and product dossiers are in place. You take care of packaging declarations in your country and keep them current. That is manageable administration, not a product approval.
Is there a minimum purchase commitment?
Yes. Exclusive distribution for an entire country is tied to annual targets that we set together and that have to fit your market.
Do I need to be a hairdresser myself?
No. What matters is access to the salon market and a willingness to understand the craft behind it. Many of our strongest partners come from wholesale.
What language will we work in?
German or English with us — in your market of course in the local language. We provide all documents, training content and image material. Translation and building your own website are yours to handle.
How quickly can we start?
Roughly two months from our first meeting. In that time we get to know each other, you and your team complete the training in Heiden, and the packaging declaration in your country is filed.
What happens if I do not develop the territory?
Territory protection is tied to the agreed targets. If they are missed by a wide margin over a longer period, we talk about it — fairly and with notice, but we do not keep a country blocked indefinitely.
What is the AI Vision?
Software developed by YELASAI that evaluates scalp images, produces an analysis and prepares the client's home care plan. The salon pays a monthly fee — recurring income for you that does not depend on stock.
