Many generations before us, people discovered the mineral-rich water from the streams of the glacier regions for themselves. They figuratively called the water, which was interspersed with the finest rock particles and thus slightly gray in color, "glacier milk".
CORIALITH is the dried form of this glacier milk and we have additionally refined the Swiss dolomite rock powder with herbs and seeds. CORIALITH is a pure, natural and basic primary rock powder made from micronized Swiss dolomite rock, supplemented with seeds and herbs, which is ground to an average particle size of 6 micrometers in a special grinding and mixing process. This gives CORIALITH a surface area of about 118 m2/g (for comparison, rock powders usually have a surface area of about 6 m2/g).
With a pH value of 8.5, CORIALITH has a basic effect.
Four weeks is a timeframe you can stick to: short enough to stay committed, long enough to notice a difference. The simplest way to start a base cure — pre-measured, no calculations needed.
Why four weeks and not one
One week reveals nothing. A food supplement is not a medication that kicks in — it replenishes over time. Four weeks is the shortest period in which you can meaningfully assess a difference, and the longest most people can sustain without a reminder.
Stir
Stir 2 g daily — approximately 2 measuring spoons — into 200–300 ml of water or tea.
Wait briefly
Leave it to stand for a moment so the fine powder is fully wetted.
Stir again
Stir once more and drink. Ideally in the morning and evening or between meals.

Only the quantity. The formula, fineness and pH value are identical — 2 g per day, micronised dolomite with the same nine plant powders. This pack contains exactly 30 daily portions; the bulk jar contains around 125. Calculated per day, the large jar is considerably more economical; it becomes worthwhile from the moment you know you want to continue.
